Announcement of invitation to the Extraordinary General Assembly of Seamorgh Company
Seamorgh Company was established in 1974 and became publicly listed on the stock exchange in 2018. The company operates in agriculture, poultry farming, livestock farming, hatchery, and egg production. With half a century of experience, it is recognized as the largest egg producer in the Middle East, holding a 9% share of the country's total production.
Seamorgh is the exclusive representative of the White Bovans breed of grandparent and parent laying hens and operates in several provinces across the country. Its development plans include increasing laying hen production capacity across different units, with an anticipated egg production of 100,000 tons annually once these expansions are fully operational.
With a long-standing presence in gardening, agriculture, poultry farming, and livestock farming, Seamorgh plays a crucial role in supplying eggs and related products in the country. The company manages 19 commercial laying flocks, 7 pullet rearing flocks, 4 parent laying hen flocks, and 9 broiler parent flocks across multiple provinces. Additionally, Seamorgh operates two hatcheries with a capacity of 35 million fertile eggs, 6 feed mills with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons, and 220 hectares of pistachio orchards.
The company’s expansion plans include increasing capacity at its units in Buin Zahra, Kerman, and Isfahan, which will lead to an annual egg production increase to 100,000 tons.
